a discombobulated jumble
I haven't been feeling well. My tummy's been a bit under the weather. So I slept on the couch last night. I woke refreshed, but still queasy this morning. So I took it REAL easy today. Except...
I got a phone call from the boys' school, "Matt's eye is pink, and his glasses broke." I went to pick him up, and he had allergy eyes, but they won't let him back until he's clear. He and I went to the eyeglass store. I had a box of contacts to pick up, and I thought his glasses were under warranty. They were! YAY! So he got new frames today.
Emily had another meet today. This one didn't go so well. To top it off, my video camera didn't charge, so I got no video. That's probably a good thing.
I work at the junior high tomorrow morning, teaching SPEECH! Anybody who knows me knows how much I love this! This is my background; my degree is in communication. Very excited! I work Wednesday, all day, at the middle school. I love that school, so I'm excited about that, too.
Tomorrow, after I teach, I'm heading 160 miles to my uncle's visitation. I'm driving by myself. It's going to be relaxing, I'm sure! I'm heading back tomorrow night so I can be here to teach Wednesday. I can't go to the funeral, but at least I can say good bye.
