It's going to be a BUSY week!  I have sub jobs every day. Darren is out of town Monday and Tuesday, home Wednesday, and out of town again Thursday and Friday. The kids have dance tonight and tomorrow, and Thursday as well. Good thing I have my crock pot!  I'm making tons of crock pot foods this week!  Including the pork chops. The only time we eat those is when Darren's out of town. The kids and I love pork chops, and Darren hates them, so...

School is going well. I have a huge amount to study. I think I'm doing fine, though, and I'm anxious to start rolling out and prepping for the test. I hope to take my first accredited test in January, for classroom management. My friend who is taking this course with me said that she failed that portion the first time, but that once she was in the classroom for a month, she breezed through it. I'm brushing up, but it doesn't seem like I'm terribly out of touch.

NaNoWriMo is going great. I'm over 22,000 words this month, and Pattie and I are hanging tight in our war. I still have no idea how I'm doing it. I'm just sitting down and writing a ton whenever I get the chance to write.

And, oh yes...the holidays are approaching. i'm sad...no Thanksgiving plans this year. Oh well.
